1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services ("Platform"), including but not limited to the creation of payment links, wallet generation, and transaction monitoring. By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Platform Description

Our Platform offers a cryptocurrency gateway that enables users to:

• Generate BTC payment links
• Monitor real-time payments via blockchain
• Receive payments securely and anonymously
• Withdraw funds to external wallets
• Open disputes in case of disagreements

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the accuracy of your information. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not for activities such as money laundering, fraud, or terrorism financing.

5. Wallets

When you register, a unique wallet is generated for your transactions. Wallets are monitored and secured by our system but under your control. Ensure you secure any credentials associated with your wallet.

6. Transactions and Fees

Each transaction conducted through our Platform is subject to network fees only. No additional platform fee is charged. Users must ensure they input the correct destination wallet address during withdrawals. We are not liable for transactions sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.

7. Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to time-based availability, determined by the type of transaction, plan, and trust level. Funds from standard transactions typically become available for withdrawal within 8 days, provided they are not disputed by the sender. Withdrawals are not processed instantly to ensure security and trust.

With Myndra Trust™, this period may be reduced to 5 days. Users with a Business Plan start with a withdrawal timeframe of 5 days, which can be further reduced to 2 days when combined with Myndra Trust™ eligibility.

You may open a dispute against a transaction (except donations) if it has not yet reached the withdrawal-eligible state. All disputes are reviewed by our moderation team, and the outcome may affect both the sender’s and receiver’s trust level.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the case of a conflict, users may open a dispute within the transaction's history. Our team will review the communication and issue a resolution. All decisions made are final and binding.

9. Trust System

Your trust level is calculated based on your transaction history, resolution of disputes, and platform behavior. A higher trust level reduces withdrawal timeframes and may unlock additional features.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Phishing or attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Money laundering or fraud schemes
• Storing or distributing illicit materials

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable accounts found in violation of these Terms, including for inactivity, abuse, or fraudulent behavior.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and content displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and protected under intellectual property laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always function without disruption, delays, or errors. You agree that your use is at your own risk. Under no circumstance shall we be liable for loss of profits, data, or other damages arising from your use.

14. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share your data.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Plan Renewals

Plans are not renewed automatically. We do not send notifications when a plan expires. However, you may renew your plan at any time by completing the payment before or after expiration.

Renewal extends your access by 30 days from the payment date, regardless of your previous plan status. Users are fully responsible for tracking their own plan periods and benefits.
